All apartments are equipped with king-size box spring bed, bathroom with shower and toilet, kitchenette with stove, microwave with oven function, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle and coffee maker, as well as crockery, glasses and cutlery. Some apartments also have an additional sofa bed, terrace or balcony with furniture.
A workstation with power outlets is available in each apartment. 2 WELTWANDEL rooms in the attic have extra-large work areas.
All bathrooms are equipped with toilet, shower, towel dryer and hairdryer, as well as high-quality natural cosmetic products and hand and bath towels.
Refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, multifunction device for baking can also be used as a microwave, cooking utensils, cutlery, glasses and plates.
All rooms are equipped with free high-speed internet, 50 ́ ́ Smart TV and soundbar.
The use of the high-speed internet (50Mbps/100Mbps) is free of charge for our guests during their stay.
Username is the room number; password is the last name.
In all rooms there is underfloor heating and art-cool air conditioning.
The building and public areas are under video surveillance.
Of course, there is a room with accessibility.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms. In case of non-compliance, we must charge a special cleaning fee of € 200.00.
Smoking is of course allowed in the ARTYARD or on the terraces/balconies!
Pets are not allowed in the WELTWIEN Apartments.

We have lockers to store your luggage.
Vienna has an extensive underground and tram network. The best way to get from one district to another.
There are numerous paid parking spaces in the immediate vicinity (09.00-22.00, Mon-Sat).
A parking space in the parking garage 200m away (Ignazgasse 4, 1120 Vienna) currently costs € 07.00 (Dez. 2023).
Only about 50 m away from WELTWIEN Apartments is the "Meidlinger Markt" with delicatessen, greengrocers, fish shop and butcher's shop, as well as numerous different gastronomic establishments including a gourmet restaurant! We are also happy to offer a selection of baskets. You can find more information on our services page.
WELTRAUM, that's what we call our multifunctional room for workshops and seminars for up to 30 people, depending on the set up.
Mailboxes are available in the entrance area.
There is a video intercom system at the entrance to the house.
Allergic bed linen is available on request.
We are happy to provide a baby cot (120cm x 60cm) for a one-off fee of € 15.00.
Washing machine and dryer are freely available on the 1st and 2nd floor.
We are happy to clean the Apartment and change the bed linen and towels additionally. We charge € 49.00 for this
