Parking during your stay at WeltWien

During your stay at WeltWien, you can park for free in the APCOA parking garage – just about 300 meters from the hotel:

During our reception hours (09:00–16:00), you will receive your free parking tickets at check-in. If you arrive outside of these hours, your parking tickets will already be waiting for you in your room.
You will only need the tickets when you leave the garage.

How parking works – step by step

1. Drive into the garage and take a standard ticket at the entrance barrier.
2. You will receive your free parking tickets at check-in or find them already in your room (for late arrivals).
3. When you want to pick up your car (whether during or at the end of your stay), go to the payment machine in the garage.
4. At the machine:
   • First insert the ticket you pulled when entering the garage.
   • Then insert our free parking tickets one after the other.
   • The machine will calculate everything and issue a new exit ticket.
5. Use the new ticket to leave the garage.

Important information

• Each free parking ticket is valid for up to 24 hours (value: €9).
• Parking duration:
  • up to 24 hours → 1 ticket
  • 24–48 hours → 2 tickets
  • 48–72 hours → 3 tickets
• Important: Always insert the original ticket first, followed by our free tickets.
• Please note: Even if you pick up your car after only a few hours, the ticket will be “used” and cannot be reused.
