Your free daily parking tickets are already waiting for you in your room when you arrive.

How to use the parking tickets

1.        Drive to the garage and take a regular paper ticket from the machine at the entrance gate.

2.        Park your car and come to the hotel. You don’t need our parking tickets yet.

3.        Your free APCOA parking tickets are already placed in your room.

4.        When you’re ready to leave the garage (at the end of your stay or any time in between), go to one of the payment machines in the garage.

5.        At the payment machine:

o   First, insert the ticket you took at the entrance.

o   Then, insert the WeltWien parking ticket(s) one after another.

6.        The machine will process the tickets and give you a new exit ticket.

7.        Use this new exit ticket to open the gate when leaving the garage.

Important notes

·       One free ticket covers up to 24 hours of parking (value: €9).

·       If your car was parked for:

o   up to 24 hours → you need 1 ticket

o   between 24–48 hours → you need 2 tickets

o   between 48–72 hours → you need 3 tickets

o   and so on…

·       Always insert the tickets in the correct order: regular garage ticket first, then our tickets one by one.

·       If you remove your car before 24 hours are over, the ticket will be used up and can’t be reused.
