Reception
We are personally available for you at WELTWIEN from Monday to Sunday from 09:00 to 16:00. Outside these hours you can contact us at [email protected] – we will get back to you as soon as possible.

For the storage of your luggage you can use the free luggage lockers in the hotel building
Mail Box
To make sure you don’t miss any messages during your stay, we provide you with a personal mailbox.
Bicycle stand
In the locked inner courtyard there is a bicycle stand with electricity connection for free use.
Room cleaning
After every fourth night your apartment will be cleaned automatically by us. The final cleaning is of course already included. For € 49,00 you can also book an intermediate cleaning of your apartment. Just write a mail to: [email protected]
Washing &Drying
Washing machines and dryers are available on the 1st and 2nd floor. A laundry for special cleaning with express service is also located about 10 minutes from your apartment.
